One of the advantages of zip-off leg pants is that the legs are designed to go over summer boots. (If I wear them with my winter boots, I just drop the legs into my gaiters.) Changing regular pants takes a lot longer.Bonus: you can save money and weight and just wear normal pants, not zip-offs. If you get too hot, just ditch the pants all together and hike in the running shorts.
Not really as a diaper..that would look silly..but a Tarzan like lioncoth.has anyone tried backpacking in a Shamwow diaper?
