I am looking to do a couple of day-hikes between December 11th and December 19th in the ADKs, preferably on weekdays, and am looking for a partner.
I recently finished my first round of the 46 peaks and have done a few (Cascade, Porter, Lower Wolfjaw, Big Slide, Phelps, Sawteeth, and Tabletop) in the winter.
I’d feel most comfortable sticking to predominately marked trails this time of year. I’d be interested in a variety of hikes, especially some that I have not yet done with winter conditions. Maybe Wright, Algonquin, Giant, but many others too.
