Date of Hike: 8/17/2015
Trail Conditions: dry and the new re-routed trail avoids the steepest spots and now has a couple of great viewpoints
Special Equipment Required: none needed today.
Comments: The new trail is 3.4 miles long and has a couple of new views below the summit that are worthwhile even if you don't summit. Wanted a short hike with views before Santanoni, Couchsachraga and Panther on Tuesday.
