Just so we're all on the same page here, is MacIntyre Falls the "cascade" just above the designated campsite on the Algonquin trail from Adirondack Loj?

Yes. But if you've heard it called by another name, well then you know you're in the Adirondacks...

Would they be buried in snow in the winter months?

Quite possibly. They are at about waist to chest heighth. Say 40" to 60" approximately. If they don't get much traffic they may be near impossible to find without a path... or they may stand out? Let us know if you find them.
