beautiful day. Dusting of snow at the parking at 8 this AM. 2-3 inches all the way to the summit. The trail is wet, wet,WET!! Good water proof shoes and gaiters a must. We managed to find a path across all the water crossings, sometimes using rocks with water going over them. On the way up we also had to break ice off of the rocks to get across. On the way down there was no ice problems. We carried traction but never used it. The spur trail to the summit was icy but you could find a way around. It was a warm wind today and a lot of melting occured. One question- what came first -the trail or the stream?? Nancy, Joe & Cinder
