Isolation Sat 3/2/13

A group of 3 of us will be giving Isolation via usual winter route (Rocky Branch/Engine Hill Bushwhack/ Isolation Trail) a shot tomorrow. We aren't looking for extra partners, but figured I'd just put that out there if people were thinking about heading out there (running out of time to finish those lists!) too and wondering if there'd be any traffic. Given the potentially significant/heavy new snow I'm sure the more the merrier out there for all to succeed!

We gave Iso a go today and had to turn back right before Davis Path junction after exhausting trail breaking. We broke it out to there (including a version of the engine hill bushwack, that starts a few hundred feet down Rocky branch past the "usual" spot). It was just the 3 of us so snowshoes a must, but there's just a mile of breaking left to the summit. Big thanks to Greg YEAH! for doing the lions share of the breaking today!
