Hiked Kibby Mountain this past weekend. The trail head is all but obscured ue to downed trees likely caused by this winters heavy snow fall. The lower third of the trail has many downed trees crossing its path making the going slow at first. Once through the "blow downs" the trail is quite nice an in good shape. Excellent views from the top and the old fire wardens tower has a reasonably good patform from which to view the area. Nice first hike of the season. Still snow in several locations along the trail
