Yeah, it's good to see this sort of thing from a company. I'd like to believe it's out of sincere concern, not just cynical PR. Seems like "outdoors" type companies tend to be fairly generous/responsible. For example, Patagonia, Clif Bar and some others kick in for environmental/conservation stuff. I guess it only makes good business sense, since w/o protected lands, the gear companies' customers wouldn't have anywhere to use their products.
