Trail Conditions: Muddy trail traction was ok. Stream crossings were difficult due to high water.
Special Equipment Required: Gators, bug spray and poles were helpful for balance on stream crossings.
Comments: The streams were difficult to rock hop and with the rain last Sunday we gave up and just marched through (feet were already wet). We did get to enjoy the rushing waterfalls going up to South Kinsman. Covered the 15 miles in just under 12 hours to complete the AT section from 112 to 93 peaks # 43 & 44. The SAT crew was at 6 with Carl, Brent, Karin, Kurt, Ingrid and Jeff
