Took Greenleaf to summit. Trail is in perfect condition, no water or mud. Very quiet. Summit was a little breezy but temps were warm. Took Franconia ridge trail to Mt. Lincoln and back, quite a few folks enjoying a gorgeous day above tree line. Back tracked to Garfield Ridge trail and over to The mighty Mt. Garfield after a brief stop at Garfield pond. Garfield Ridge trail in great shape with just a few muddy spots. There were a lot of backpackers laboring in the heat and steepness. As always the views off Garfield were spectacular. Descended via Mt. Garfield Trail, which now is in fairly good shape with very little mud. River crossings were low and easy.
