Last day to Winter Hike '05?

When is the Last day to get in a winter hike, the 19th or the 20th? Does the hike have to be finished before the equinox to the minute as the AMC guide states? Makes sense, but when exactly is the equinox this year E.S.T.?

On my calendar, winter ends at 0734 (edit) on March 20th.

According to the AMC Four Thousand Footers Club FAQ if the hike is to be counted for the Winter lists, the hike must be completed during "Winter" which is listed as:

2004-2005 Dec. 21, 7:42 AM Mar. 20, 7:33 AM

Just for completeness, the ADKs and the Catskills define winter as 12/21 - 3/21, every year. So after you finish hiking 3/19 (or 3/20 if you're really aggressive!) over there, come on over here!
