Prior to this snow, Liberty Springs Trail (and likely most of the trails in the Whites) was a sidewalk. Firm and packed well. Stabilicers, again, were great. Summit was amazing with narry a whisper of a breeze... what a treat.
Moving forward, I'd HIGHLY recommend snowshoes after this storm. Post Holes on either side of the walking trail will prove painful at best once they are hidden! Sunday was simply perfect for a day in the woods!
