Date of Hike: Sunday December 7, 2008
Trail Conditions: Frozen Ground with dusting of new snow, just a few ice spots easily avoidable.
Special Equipment Required: Just good hiking boots and a windproof shell. Good traction.
Comments: Went out via LP from Arden Valley Road to Route 6 and back via woods road under Cranberry Hill to Seven Lakes Drive to AT. Stockbridge Shelter in nice shape and quite picturesque. Temps were between 27 and 33 F, with 15 mph + winds on Stockbridge Ridge Line. Flurries throughout the am.
