Hiked this peak via West River and Wedge Brook trails. We reached the trail by taking a right at the gate house. Trail is steeper than other routes I am told but it’s dry and almost mud free. Virtually no bugs!
Another hot and humid day though temps cooled down at the higher elevations. On our return we had time to kill so we decided to visit Beaver Meadow falls, which made for a longer walk back via Lake Rd.
