Trail is in beautiful condition - dry, good footing, nicely maintained rockwork & waterbars, all large obstructions cleared, etc. Kudos to maintainers. Could use a little clipping around 2/3 of the way up -- expect to get wet if you go through here after a rainstorm.
Special Equipment Required: footwear, the usual dayhike stuff, nothing special
Woke up today with the bug to get out in the hills; my daughter thought it sounded like a good idea, so off we went. Her highest peak yet. She had a good time & so did I. Very pretty woods up there & stupendous local & mid-distance views despite the humid summer haze.
