Date of Hike: Fri. 10-23-09
Trails: Valley Way, Osgood, and Airline
Conditions: I did an out and back on Valley Way. The snow is gone on all the trails. Some running water and mud on Valley Way as the temps rose. Some frost on the summit cones. Everything was bare-bootable, although I did wear my micro spikes on Adams Cone. It was a little bit more slippery than Madison's.
Special Equipment: Nothing, just maybe a camera.
Comment: Perfect fall day with sunny blue sky, mild temps, and calm winds. Met up with quite a few hikers today. Nice taking with Paul with his dog Hannah.
