The CCC built Marcy Dam in the 1930s and consolidated/repaired Duck Hole, where are they now?;)

It is unlikely that Marcy Dam will be repaired or that the large footbridge over it will be replaced. DEC might build a smaller (cheaper) high water bridge closer to the current detoured crossing downstream of the dam.

I could see the ADK pro crew rebuilding the bridge over the dam. A lot of trail crews will often do one or two high-profile projects like this every year- the publicity and the visibility go a long ways in helping them to secure funding for other, more important projects that aren't as visible.

Doubtful. The dam has some structural problems, making it a poor candidate to have another footbridge built on it. As much as ADK would like to do projects like that, DEC determines, for the most part, what projects the crew does. NYS (eventually) pays ADK for that work. If Marcy Dam was on ADK property, a replacement bridge would already have been built.
