ADIRONDACK CANOE ROUTES: The Marion River carry provides passage for those paddlers traveling between Raquette Lake and the Marion River and Blue Mountain Lake via the Eckford Chain of Lakes. Each September, Day 1 of the Adirondack Canoe Classic, aka "The 90-Miler" passes over this historic trail. The land acquisiiton secures public access between those bodies of water and incudes small portions of the Marion River and Utowana Lake shoreline. Great news!
