Trail Conditions: Good shape, some logging at the south trailhead so the trail starts on the right side of the lot and meets the trail on the other side of the open lot where they are loading the logging trucks. It's pretty well marked, just need to pay attention.
Special Equipment Required: Water, there virtually no place on the ridge to get water and you don't get to a brook when ascending from the South until you are completely down North and reach Lucy Brook 7.5 miles in.
Comments: - Bob & Garry spotted a car at Diana's Bath so we could just go South to North. This is a gem, not hidden but due to no 4,000 foot peak on the ridge, it's hidden from peakbagger's and in plain sight. Lots of open ledges and blueberries, just a few ripe now but should have plenty in the next couple of weeks. Shorter than my 18.6 day the day before but with over 3,000 feet of elevation gain, it's hard to call it a day off.
