Date: 28 April 2012
Trail: Moat Mt Trail; Diana's Baths to Dugway Rd.
Conditions: The trail up North Moat was icy, wet, water over ice, ice over water, etc. It was very tedious going. Once up and over North Moat, ice mostly gone except for isolated patches easily gotten around. From South Moat to Dugway Road, trail is mostly dry. There were no bugs, the high winds grounded them for the entire day.
Equipment: Microspikes probably would have been handy in spots going up North Moat, but we didn't use them.
Comments: Spectacular day with cold conditions and very high winds.
