I'm thinking of doing the Monroe Skyline soon on tele-skis. I was wanting to ride the lifts up from Sugarbush & ski North to Mad River Glen, Lincoln to Stark. I was bewildered to hear that Sugarbush didn't offer single lift tickets to do this trip. I've read Steve Goodman's account of it in his book, Backcountry Skiing Adventures. I'd like to hear from those of you who have done this trip recently and your recommendations, whatever they might be.
