i"m new to the vftt although i have been viewing for several months.
I am interested in the sat 26th hike. i have hiked this trail several times but not winter. have all the gear required etc... what is your time to start out?

I just posted for kind of the same hike... maybe we could all join together... I think the jewel trail would be nice... let me know what starting time would be the best for you, I think around 7 or 8 at the latest?
I have good winter experience in the dacks and in Quebec but not the Whites...
