Moose on film

I had a great day in Pittsburg last week. I caught (and released) an obscene amount of brook trout, and had a couple of moose encounters to boot. I happened to be packing the videocam with me that day so I thought I'd share the results.

The first meeting was while I was on Indian Stream. Two yearlings came out of the woods, folllowed by their Mom. I grabbed the camera out of my pack and was lucky enough to tape it. Link is here...

Next siting was at a beaver dam out on East Inlet Rd. I had to 'whack around to the side of the dam to get these views but it was worth it. Link is here...
