Date of Hike: Saturday 2/9
Trail Conditions: partially broken to the south summit, but it's well packed now. One group ahead of us barebooted partway from the south summit to the main summit, then turned back. From that point to the main summit was deep, drifted snow, unbroken.
Special Equipment Required: snowshoes essential.
Comments: No views. Visibility was very poor en route to the main summit. I enjoyed playing "find the cairn" and trying to distinguish snowed-over cairns from snowed-over undergrowth.
Eleven of us got a late start up Glencliff and just one of us summited. There's lots of snow out there folks - bring your snowshoes!!
