Trail Conditions: Glencliff was packed snow most of the way up and loosely packed snow up through most of the ridge. The summit was ice.
Special Equipment Required: Snowshoes - essential, Crampons - useful
Comments: We saw a group where at least one fellow was using just boots on his feet. I went up to my knees without snoeshoes, so I'd say they're essential. Crampons were helpful on the summit where everything was covered in slick ice.
