Date of Hike: 2/16/09
Trail Conditions: Only very minor obstructions on the trail. Snow was packed down most of the way a few post holes here and there.
Special Equipment Required: I bare booted it all the way, but needed htrekking poles with snow baskets to gain adequate purchase on some of the steeper portions of the trail. Some may find crampons or snowshoes useful. One or the other will be necessary if you don't have hiking poles.
Slickest surfaces are in the parking area. Snapper had snowshoe tracks but was only partially broken out. Glencliff, per report of three people I met on the summit is also in very good condition.
