Trails: Gale River Loop Road, Mount Garfield Trail, Garfield Ridge Trail

Trail Conditions: Garfield is now broken out very well, perfect for snowshoes. Parked at five corners, but others were parked at the beginning of the Gale River Loop Road. Road is plowed to first bridge then it's a nice snowshoe track until the snowmobile section closer to the trailhead. By Sunday this might be firm enough for bareboots/microspikes most of the way.

Special Equipment:
Snowshoes.

Comments: Fun hike after the storm, many thanks to the people ahead of us for breaking a majority of the trail out and then Ryan for breaking out the final stretch to the ridge. Click here for Pictures
