Jude, Emma and I hiked Mount Washington Saturday for our sixth straight Seek the Peak Hike athon to raise money and awareness for the non-profit Mount Washington Observatory. We hiked the Boott Spur Trail, Davis Path, Lawn Cut-off to Tuckerman Ravine Trail to the summit. We descended by the Tuckerman Ravine Trail. The forecast was for thunder storms to arrive mid-day, but there approach from the south dispersed them as they hit the mountains. All we got was a couple of sprinkles. Great trip report! I also did Seek the Peak and saw you on the summit (I noticed Emma and wondered at her ability to hike up there:D). I made good time up and back down because I was worried about the thunderstorms. I am so glad they didn't materialize, especially as I saw lots of folks still heading up well after noon time!
