Trail is a mixture of bare ground and snow until the ladder.The snow is mostly a narrow mono rail that was hard to stay on.After the ladder, the trail was mostly snow with a lot of postholing. My friend and I barebooted until the summit. The tower is closed due to repairs. Beautiful sunny day. Put my new snowshoes on leaving summit, which didn't fit properly. So barebooted down which made for slow going on softening snow with narrow strip to stay on. Trail could really use some blazes.
