Mt.Cannon via Lonesome Lake Trail & Kinsman Ridge Trail, Descend via Hi-Cannon 6/2/12
Lonesome Lake Trail & Kinsman Trailis damp but easily hiked. Overcast with light rain & mist, then no rain to summit. Slightly more rain at summit. Descending by Hi-Cannon there were large pools of water and running water on trail. Large slabs of rock are slippery, requiring a lot of caution.
Equipment needed: I wore rainpants and took off raincoat after a while-too warm even over a sleeveless shirt.
Only ran into 1 hiker Pepper & Me.
Cannon is always a great hike.
