Mt. Crawford 12-19-07

Nine of us snowshoed up and down Crawford Path to/from Mt. Crawford, creating a great path for those who may follow. The water crossings are all frozen and snow covered. There are two blowdowns, one you can sort-of sneak by and another you have to go over or under. We broke separate trails near the summit ledges going up one way and then down another; but not to worry, either path will get you there.

Snowshoes are the footwear of choice, with 12 to 24 inches of snow everywhere.
