We started off at 8:00 and the lower section of the trail could be done with bareboot. At the junction with the Snapper trail we switch to micro-spikes and snowshoes.
At the last .90 to the summit the wind was blowing and it was difficult to see the cairns.
At certain points on the trail the snow is four or five feet deep.
We only say two other people on the trail who were skiing down.
On the way down I lost one of my snow shoes (Altitude 25). If anyone finds it could you please e-mail me:
