Went up the Carter-Moriah Tr from Bangor St to the summit of Mt Moriah. The trail was a packed frozen sidewalk so we left the snowshoes in the car. There were a few icy spots near the ledges but there was always a tree near by and microspikes worked excellent. One blowdown about a mile up the trail. I forgot my saw so I had to break off several small branches. The short scramble before the Kenduskeag Tr was filled in with ice and snow and several had gone through the scrub around it. Looking from the top of this, the Kenduskeag Tr did not seem to see much use. C-M Tr south was well packed.
