Trail conditions: Dry with no ice in evidence,,Leaf covered sections presented a challange in places..
Equipment: Sunscreen needed today..other than that a late summer day hike
Comments : A late start kept me close to home today.. The reward was an excellent trailbed winding along through ledges and open oak woods.. A beautiful day in the mountains though views were somewhat restricted by summerlike haze.. Saw a gentleman out geo-caching and met a lady and her dog near the summit but otherwise no one on the trails today..
