mt roberts via mt roberts trail and faraway mt trail

mt roberts on oct 2. this is a beautiful low key hike near castle in the clouds. elevation gain only 1300 ft, 9 miles round trip. very nice mixed forest. parts of the trails are old carriage roads. no problems with water. bring binoculars and camera. great views of the lake and views west. d&d
