Tripoli Road still fine for passenger cars. Trails had a dusting to a couple of inches of snow and very little ice, mostly down low. Streams were fairly high and crossings required some care. We took care of a few blowdowns and left a couple of larger ones, not bad to get by.
Ski area aggressively making snow so whiteout experience could be gained, if desired.
We bare-booted without difficulty.
Cold, windy day (<10F on summit) but nice views in most directions. Mt. Tecumseh Trail up the back is far more interesting than the standard route and makes it feel like a different mountain.
