Trail wet with the usual muddy spots. Parts of the trail are very eroded, the White Mountain Guide makes note of it. One very old blowdown with a bushwhack around. Roots very slippery on this misty, rainy day.
No special equipment needed.
The last portion of this trail is steep and rooty. WMG calls it "rough," an accurate account. We saw nothing up top, tried to dodge the rain drops but all in all it's good to be in the woods.
