Increasing ice up Crawford Path with lots of hard ice up high. Icy to Hut and on cone of Jackson, as well. Light snow cover. No crossing or blowdown issues.
We all wore microspikes (ST's) nearly car-to-car and they were perfect except a bit of underkill on the steep ice on Jackson.
Lovely day in the woods and nice views, given the forecast.
