Special Equipment: Snowshoes, no crampons needed.
Trail Conditions: Plenty of snow. Well-packed trail, less packed at higher elevation. We snowshoed, but some bare-booters on trail. The trees up near top were laden with ice, the heavy branches encroaching the trail, so had to maneuver through and around them. No views at summits, but more on the trek up. Spectacular Winter Wonderland. Crossed Lonesome lake with awesome views all around. Fun and good food at Woodstock Inn Brewery and Pub. Mary, Janet and Skip.
