Trail Conditions: My wife an I maintain a section of the AT from the Full Goose Shelter to the top of Goose Eye . Approached via Notch Trail from Success Pond Road and got as far as the N fork of the Wright Trail. Trail is in good shape, one minor blow down, and relatively dry the whole way. Watch out for some mud heading south from the top of Fulling Mill, went in over my sock. A few bog bridges could use some work on Fulling Mill and again on the N Peak of Goose Eye. All in all - nothing to worry about.
Special Equipment Required: Bug spray.
Comments: It looks like lots of people are trying to take short cuts around difficult and muddy sections causing additional damage.
