Date of Hike: Jan. 11, 2010
Trail conditions: Packed trail from parking lot to the hut. Temperature in the high teens. Full cloud cover at the hut. Visibility was 100 feet. Winds were 5-10 mph.
Equipment: Barebooting was possible. However, crampons and poles stopped backsliding.
Conclusion: Nice hike and beautiful scenery. Start earlier and move faster than I did and you should reach the summit.
