I hadn't seen any recent reports for the Osceolas from the north (Tripoli approach conditions: http://trailsnh.com/redirect.php?report=41555).
As others have mentioned there's a few crawl under blowdowns by the summit of the east peak on the Kanc side. The climbers right variation in the chimney had no ice. All in all, very little ice in the trail. Just a couple sections with ice, mainly on the steeps heading up to the East Peak which are easily skirted in the snow-free path adjacent to the trail. Most of us brought microspikes but they definitely were not called for in any place with just a few areas of avoidable ice and no snow to be found but surely that can change quickly.
