Trail Conditions: The Lincoln Brook trail was pretty muddy. Stream crossings were all manageable, though poles definitely came in handy. The slide was in good shape with a bit of water up high. Heard paths much easier to follow now than a couple years ago.
Special Equipment Required: Poles useful for water crossings. Trailrunners worked nicely despite the mud.
Comments: Great day to be in the woods. I followed trails the whole way (didn't do the Black Pond bushwhack). Bugs were not bad compared to the past few weeks. Pics online at http://www.flickr.com/photos/26982442@N06/sets/72157606016917186/.
