trails: mooers loop, link, spencer smith, short road walk
conditions: mooers loop section very wet with some substantial blowndowns. link has a fair amount of snow in sections. same on the ridge to the summit. spencer smith coming down has patchy snow. many blowdowns cleared, still some brush frozen under the snow and sticking up in the trail. quite wet as well.
equipment: waterproofed boots (mine seemed to be lacking....).
comments: first time on parker and really enjoyed it. nice local hiking spot. impressive cairn on the summit. parked at large turnoff at spencer smith trailhead and walked road a couple tenths to start hike at mooers loop.
