Currently the parking lot is not plowed, just a small area leading to the access road to the power station (room for only two or three cars). Is it my imagination, or was the lot fully plowed a few years ago?

Well, last year and IIRC 2 years ago I had all I could do to get my Subaru up the hill and parked in foot deep snow. It wasn't plowed.
The trailhead right before the Tripoli Road / town of Waterville looked plowed to me each time I went XC at WV... but I didn't drive up there either. It's been 2 or 3 weeks since I went skiing now too.

(One or more people had bare-booted on the Drake's Brook ski trail and postholed it too
No excuse either as the groomers intentionally left a 2' wide groomed space outside the double tracks.)

I parked there last January and it was plowed, just a layer of icy with a dusting of snow on top to contend with
Since my original post I have never seen it plowed until today. On my way to the Tecumseh trailhead I checked it, nicely plowed with two parked cars. I did not check the condition of the trail as I was running rather late.

The lot was plowed a couple of weekends ago when we were there.
So it seems that whoever makes the decision has decided to plow it this year.
