Paradox and Zippy joined us for a Pierce and maybe Ike hike, starting at 7:00 from the Highland Center, and we headed up the Crawford Path, happy to see it was already broken out from yesterday.
We made decent time, and were at the top by 9:45. The wind was evident, but it was not a big issue. We could see the snow being blown off the big boys though to the North.
We started for Ike, but Zippy was not really thrilled with above tree line travel, and which path was which was a little hard to determine. So, we quickly bailed and returned to the car by 11:50.
On the way down, I expected to see a few people, but I counted 50 people on their way up! The last were setting out just as we were finishing.
A trip to Fayban's and we were back to the Hotel by 1:30. 7 in the books now for the W48.
