Crawford Path started out dry, tthen patches of snow and ice that could be avoided. After the Mizpuh Cutoff the trail was covered with slippery ice and snow. Leaving Pierce the trail alternated between a lot of snow that was softening and dry patches. Eisenhower is free of snow and ice.
I used microspikes after the Mizpuh Cutoff to Pierce. After Pierce I barebooted it
Suprisingly few people out on a beautiful, mostly sunny day. The views from Eisenhower were spectacular.
