Trail Condition- well blazed trail that was fairly dry, couple of puddles. Leaves are dropping, but no issue.
Special Equipment- none- easy trail- did need light gloves and hat due to winds and cool temps.
Comments- posting to recommend this hike to bring a newbie along. My 11 year old son, non-hiker joined and had a great time, the North Peak of Piper is a huge open area with lots of places to sit and enjoy. Just a mile or so hike with 1100 feet elevation gain. Great good weather place to visit. In the Lakes region...
