Trails: Miles Notch via the northern trailhead, Red Rock Trail, down Great Brook Trail, Miles Notch back to northern trailhead; road into the trailhead was rocky with a few deep mud puddles, done easily with pickup truck; use caution if using a car..Miles Notch trail starts off across a grassy log landing and overgrown logging road with raspberry/blackberry brambles then follows brook with some overgrown patches and clear patches..all water crossings ok..Red Rock was great until near Butters Mt., where again overgrown berry sections..great view from ledge near Red Rock...Great Brook also a little overgrown up high and down low is a gravel road..descending at a jct with two roads, bear right..all trails did have numerous blowdowns...Miles Notch back up seemed to be better than north side, looked like more maintenance on this side..some views to massive cliffs on Miles Knob...thanks to Priscilla and Michelle for keeping me hydrated and moving!!
