The conditions where great 10 inches of fresh light snow. Went up from Ox hollow lots of blowdown as usual above 3000 feet, but there was no ice in the cliff bands so the going was fairly easy with no need to use crampons through the cliffs. A great snowshoe day and it was a great day to finish my winter 35. Ran into Rick Deerstein at the trailhead, was great to see him as he was planning on skiing down from the fire tower today. Up with 3 from NJSAR 's Mountain Rescue Unit.
